Pet hotel slots are limited, and priority will be given to regular dog daycare attendees. We offer webcam services, daily updates and outdoor walks in a safe environment. Advanced booking is highly recommended. Have peace of mind when you travel.

Our dog boarding programme ensures your dog has sufficient exercise and has a cosy, comfortable environment to rest and relax. At The Sunggery, we offer a supervised day programme from 8am – 6pm and night guardian services from 9pm to 6am daily.
8am – 9am Breakfast & Pottybreak
9am – 11am Outdoor time
11am – 12pm Playtime
12pm – 2pm Nap time
2pm – 4pm Brushing, Massage and playtime
5pm – 6pm Dinner time & Pottybreak
6pm – 8am Rest time & Good Night.

Documents Required
- Up-to-date annual and Bordetella vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to stay, and valid for the whole boarding period
- Nexgard Sepctra or Simparica anti-flea and tick prevention
- AVS dog license. Click here to download from PALS.
- Registration form and signed indemnity form with all the above documents uploaded
Requirements
- Snuggery schoolhouse welcomes guests up to 20kg for boarding.
- At least 7 months of age. Dogs above 1 year old are to be neutered/spayed.
- Passed trial and attended 1 full session of daycare. This daycare session is necessary to help ensure your pup is comfortable and ready to board with us.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A PET HOTEL SLOT IN SINGAPORE?
We recommend booking at least 60 days in advance to secure your dog’s stay since our pet hotel slots are limited and fill up quickly, especially during peak travel periods. Also, priority is given to our regular doggy daycare attendees.
WHAT IS THE WEIGHT AND BREED REQUIREMENT FOR DOG BOARDING?
Our dog boarding services are open to dogs between 4kg and 20kg. Dogs must also be at least 10 months old, and those above 1 year of age are required to be neutered or spayed prior to their stay.
CAN I MONITOR MY DOG DURING THEIR STAY AT THE PET HOTEL?
Yes, our pet hotel provides live webcam streaming so you can check in on your dog during designated hours. Stay connected and enjoy peace of mind knowing your dog is happy and well cared for.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR MY DOG'S STAY?
Please send your dog to our pet hotel in an escape-proof collar or harness. You can also provide treats and meals for your dog, along with feeding instructions, so we can maintain their routine throughout their stay.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DOG REQUIRES VETERINARY ATTENTION DURING BOARDING?
Should your dog require veterinary attention during their stay at our pet hotel, we will contact you immediately and arrange for prompt care to ensure your dog’s health and wellbeing. Veterinary expenses will be under owner’s responsibility.
