Since 2015, we have cared for dogs at our outlet. At Snuggery, our team is the heart and soul of our operation. Every team member plays a vital role in enriching your dog’s life. We are a passionate group of dog lovers dedicated to providing the highest level of care for your furry family members.
What we do
Our positive reinforcement program follows LIMA (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive) principles. We have structured enrichment sessions daily, and all activities are monitored via live webcam. We believe that positive reinforcement is an effective and humane way to engage our dogs. Our schoolhouse and program are designed to allow dogs the freedom to interact with their own species in a safe, fun and loving environment. With a team of dedicated and passionate dog lovers, we strive to create a great experience for your furry family member.

All team members attend in house trainings and workshops to constantly improve our knowledge to be in line with the best practises in the industry. Graduated from Singapore University of Social Sciences with a bachelor’s degree in Business administration majoring in human resource. She finds joy working with dogs and being able to care for them. She monitors playstyles, reinforces good behaviours and regulate the playgroups to ensure that our dogs are happy and healthy. Mag has completed Pet care and management conducted by Temasek Polytechnic.

Elayne
Graduated from National University of Singapore with a bachelor’s degree in Arts and social sciences. She received her dog trainer’s certification in 2014 from Michael Elis Dog Trainer’s school in California. In 2016, she received a Level 3 UK certification for hydrotherapy for small animals issued by Greyfriars Veterinary and rehabilitation. Elayne has completed Pet care and management conducted by Temasek Polytechnic.

He derives a sense of satisfaction in engaging dogs in play sessions, exercising them and ensuring that the active dogs get to burn off their energy with their friends. I was given a real time link to view Fluffy during his time there and was also updated with regular photos and videos through the day / period. He sure looked very happy having fun there with his doggie friends and very well taken care of when he was there. I was able to travel with a peace of mind knowing he will be in good hands while I’m away for 2 weeks.
I am already considering to send Fluffy there time to time for daycare. I noted through the sessions / videos that it’s good for him to be able to socialise healthily with his doggie friends in safe environment. Definitely will be sending him to The Snuggery for boarding during our year end trip and more to come!
They give me a peace of mind and regularly update me on what/how he's doing. The staff also took the effort to learn more about my pup's habits and preferences to keep him more comfortable in a new environment.

Update: he stayed overnight with the team for 6 days, and they were incredible. I have never gotten so many updates- it really made me feel at ease. They sent pictures of him walking, eating, playing, training, and in bed for the night. Really fantastic!!
